In addition to our library of extensive support articles, MarkUp.io Pro and Enterprise customers will also have continuous access to in-product Live Chat Support between 9 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday. We aim to respond within 5 minutes of a question being submitted in the chat. Any inquiries outside of operating hours can be submitted via email and will be handled at the start of business on the following day.
